QUICKOFFICE® PREMIER TO BE INCLUDED IN ORANGE APPLICATION SHOWCASE
Quickoffice Premier to be distributed via Orange in France, Belgium and the United Kingdom targeting mobile business professionals.
Dallas, Texas, February 15, 2006 – Quickoffice, Inc., a leading provider of innovative portable computing solutions for the mobile professional, today announced that Quickoffice Premier for S60 and Quickoffice Premier for UIQ will both be available on Orange’s Business Mobile Applications Showcase (www.orange-applications.com). Orange customers in selected European markets will now have direct access to the powerful, award-winning Quickoffice software via the new Showcase. With Quickoffice, Orange mobile customers will have fast and easy access to their native Microsoft ® Word, Excel and PowerPoint files and have the ability to open, view, edit and create documents directly from their smartphone in their native language.
Quickoffice Premier supports Symbian, the most world’s most popular smartphone platform, with applications for both Symbian S60 and Symbian UIQ. Both of these Quickoffice Premier applications are Symbian Signed, have passed stringent quality testing by Orange, and will be distributed through the Orange Business Mobile Applications Showcase.
