Quickaccess eliminates the often heard mobile worker statement of "I'll take care of it when I get back to the office". Quickaccess allows mobile workers to take care of 'it' there and then by accessing and previewing a critical information store, downloading and editing that document, spreadsheet, or presentation (with Quickoffice Premier® or other on-device editing application) and then sending on or sharing such actionable information.

Rich Viewing Experience
Quickaccess transforms Office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF) to SVGT format for the highest fidelity rendering available on a mobile phone. Files and other content are displayed with highly engaging presentation effects (zoom/pan to finest details, thumbnail carousel, page transitions and animations).

Digital content and documents (created in a number of applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF) stored securely 'in the cloud' are transformed to the highly compressed, open standard SVGT format. The rendered content supports full page transitions and animations - bringing Office documents and other digital content to life. Digital content, such as a PowerPoint presentation slides, can be previewed as thumbnails in an image flow carousel effect or zoomed in for a truly rich-client experience. Should the user wish to then edit the document, the original, native file can also be downloaded and edited on their device, before being automatically uploaded back to the 'cloud' and then in turn automatically synchronized to the PC as appropriate. Quickaccess also allows users to easily and conveniently search across their computers and network drives for documents directly from their phone.

Additionally, Quickaccess allows users to instantly share files with friends and colleagues. When a file is shared by a Quickaccess user, the chosen recipient(s) immediately receives notification by email or SMS - thus enabling a multitude of collaboration possibilities. Files can be shared either with individuals or with work groups. Share permissions can also be controlled at the individual file level ensuring maximum flexibility. Importantly, all user-selected data is securely and continuously backed up 'in the cloud' after any change (on either the PC or phone), allowing for easy restoration of files in case of erroneous edits or PC crash or failure.
