Alan Masarek

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Alan Masarek co-founded Quickoffice in 2002, where he first served as President and CFO before becoming CEO in 2007. During his tenure as CEO, Masarek has overseen a three-year sales growth rate of 368 percent, helping to secure Quickoffice's position as the most widely embedded mobile productivity software on nearly 400 million devices worldwide. Through his leadership and management, Quickoffice is a top-grossing iPad app and top 10 grossing app in the Android Market, and has reached nearly 15 million registered users in 2011.

Masarek has served as a C-level executive for over 25 years, leading technology companies that span corporate, venture and entrepreneurial settings. He has successfully raised hundreds of millions of dollars during his career and has been instrumental in creating value for his shareholders, generating over half a billion dollars in market value.

Prior to co-founding Quickoffice, Masarek was the founder and CEO of AdOutlet, a leading B2B marketplace for the media industry. He successfully built the company from the ground up, raising $30 million in three equity financings from leading VCs before securing the sale of the Company. Previously, Masarek was President of Advanced Health Corporation (NASDAQ: AHTC) where he led the company from a development-stage IT company into a profitable, publicly traded services and IT company. Masarek began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen before becoming a principle at The NTC Group, a New York-based leveraged buyout firm.

A recognized thought leader on mobile productivity and cloud computing, Masarek has spoken at many influential industry events including CTIA, CloudBeat and GigaOm Net:Work.

Masarek received his MBA from Harvard Business School, with distinction, and his BBA from The University of Georgia, Magna Cum Laude.

Gregg Fiddes

Senior Vice President, Sales and Strategic Partnerships

Gregg Fiddes joined Quickoffice, Inc. in 2004 when it was a high-potential start-up on the cusp of the burgeoning smartphone market. During his tenure, Fiddes has led all sales, business development and corporate marketing activities. His efforts have fueled triple digit year-over-year sales growth and through a worldwide network of OEM and Enterprise relationships, secured Quickoffice's position as the most widely embedded mobile productivity software on nearly 400 million devices worldwide. Further, in the Consumer markets, Fiddes' team has secured top positions on both the Android and iOS platforms ( achieving #1 on iPad) and Quickoffice boasts 20 million registered users during 2011.

Fiddes has served as a senior-level executive in the mobile and internet markets for the over 20 years, leading strategic sales and business development teams for companies that range from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 50. Fiddes has consistently been a top producer and has driven stakeholder value through strategic partnerships that span across multiple platforms, evolving technologies and ever-changing business models.

Prior to Quickoffice, Fiddes led sales and business development for Voyager Systems, a wireless data start-up which was then successfully acquired. Fiddes held successive leadership positions at Palm in its Wireless Services and Enterprise groups, after leading business development for VeriFone's North American Internet commerce team. Fiddes began in the wireless business with BellSouth International where he led both international and domestic sales, and business development teams in the then-nascent wireless voice and data market.

Fiddes has spoken at numerous industry and partner events, including CES, MacWorld and Google's Developer Conference.

Fiddes received his MBA from Babson's Olin School of Business and holds his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Gregg Fiddes

David Halpin

Vice President of Engineering

David Halpin is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of core product development experience at manager, senior manager and executive staff levels. Mr. Halpin has managed geographically distributed, multi-faceted teams, which delivered world-class software solutions to F1000 customers. Mr. Halpin joined Quickoffice in 2006 to help lead and grow Quickoffice's Development Operations in its Dallas, London and Ottawa facilities.

Previously, Mr. Halpin was the Vice President of Engineering at Macromedia and Adobe, Inc. In this capacity, he was responsible for the offshore development facility in Bangalore, India; architecting product strategies and roadmaps; and managing the respective product development teams to ensure delivery. His duties encompassed product life cycle development, strategic and tactical planning, release scheduling, hiring, mentoring, engineering, quality assurance, partner relationships and press and industry analyst liaison work.

Mr. Halpin joined Macromedia in the fall of 1996 from Computer Systems Company (CSC) where he was Manager of Electronic Image Development. At CSC, he developed the company's electronic payment processing systems for major health care providers.

Craig Holmes

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Holmes has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic, financial, operational and executive management services to public and private companies. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intervoice, Inc. (NASDAQ) where he helped transform the company by aggressively exiting low-margin business lines and growing its software and services businesses organically and through acquisitions. Craig also served as EVP and CFO for Excel Communications, Inc. (NYSE) where he was instrumental in Excel's successful IPO and helping to profitably grow its revenues by $1.0 billion through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Both Intervoice and Excel were ultimately sold to strategic acquirers. Craig has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations and private companies including the Dallas Summer Musicals, the University of Texas at Dallas Management School and Hobi International. Craig started his career at Arthur Andersen LLP and was a Partner when he left.

Mr. Holmes received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas Tech University. Craig stays active in his community and church and he currently lives in Dallas with his wife, three children and mother-in-law. His hobbies include running, reading, waterskiing and snow skiing.
